Kylie Jenner Graduates High School Before Her 18th Birthday

Kylie Jenner revealed that she is a high school graduate during a short Twitter spree Tuesday night.

Kylie Jenner Graduates High School

Jenner, the youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner family starring on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, proclaimed that she was done with school on Twitter, Tuesday, July 21. Based on her tweets, it seems some critics were pestering the 17-year-old, asking her why she never posts about school on social media. “I finished school last week.. & I know I never post on social media when I’m in class but that doesn’t mean…I don’t encourage education! Because I do,” Jenner wrote.

Jenner made her big announcement after pledging to connect to her Twitter fans every night, declaring, “I’m gonna try and tweet every night about what was on my mind that day.”

Jenner, and her older sister Kendall Jenner, finished their educations with the help of tutors and a homeschool program, all of which was featured in an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. The two balanced school and budding careers in fashion – Kendall is an in demand high fashion model, while Jenner is a model in her own right and the two share a few clothing lines.

According to a source, Jenner was so dedicated to earning her degree, she even had a tutor join her at her rumored boyfriend Tyga’s house. “Kylie has a tutor that comes to do her homework with her and she often works with her at Tyga’s house,” a source told E! News. In May, Jenner shut down reports she didn’t go to school on Twitter, saying that she worked on her education “every weekday.”

Jenner hasn’t yet publicly celebrated her graduation, but the teen is gearing up for a much bigger bash. Jenner turns 18 on Aug. 10, and has expressed plans for a big party to celebrate becoming an adult. Jenner is also expected to take her relationship with Tyga, 25, public after her birthday.

Meanwhile, fans can catch Jenner in the premiere of the Caitlyn Jenner reality series I Am Cait, Sunday July 26 at 8 p.m. on E!.
