Jenner, 17, the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, has been the center of plastic surgery rumors for quite some time. Her love of posting selfies on Instagram showing off her full pout have raised more than a few eyebrows.

“The girl is only 17, and has already had other body enhancements. By the time she’s in her twenties, she will have run out of body parts to improve – yet, still be unhappy that she hasn’t reached perfection,” Dr. Gilda Carle, who has no known connection to Jenner, told Hollywood Life.

This criticism is just one example of the tabloid rumors focusing on Kylie Jenner and her lips.

While some are convinced that Jenner went under the knife for her fuller lips, others are convinced that it’s just an illusion created by savvy make-up artists. Jenner commented about the controversy on Tuesday, Oct. 28, but did not deny or confirm reports of any plastic surgery, writing, “How long are we gonna talk about this lip thing lmao…. Just talk about something new at least. I’m bored.”

Jenner previously commented on the rumors in the spring, denying any plastic surgery. “These plastic surgery rumors hurt my feelings to be honest and are kinda insulting. Just in case anyone forgot.. I’m 16,” Jenner tweeted in April.

In a recent interview with UK beauty blog, Pixiwoo, Kim Kardashian defended her youngest sister and revealed Jenner’s secret to a fuller lip is, just as many suspected, a steady hand and the perfect lip liner.

“She draws her lip and it looks amazing. And, I go into her room and I’m like, ‘What liner do you wear?’… She only wears lip liner, and then she fills it in. She doesn’t wear a lipstick or a gloss,” Kardashian said.

“She’s so good at make up. Every event, she only does it herself,” Kardashian added.
