Kylie Jenner is reportedly moving out of her mother’s mansion, having bought her own for a cool $2.7 million.

Jenner, the youngest of the Kardashian/Jenner family, reportedly dropped $2.7 million on a Calabasas mansion, blocks away from the homes of her sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian. Jenner, 17, is reportedly planning on moving into her new home in August, most likely around her 18th birthday.

Her older sister, Kendall Jenner, similarly bought her condo last year and moved out for her 18th birthday. Kendall’s move was documented on the family’s E! reality series Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Jenner’s new 4,900-square-foot home has five bedrooms, a home theater and a pool, and is located in The Oaks, a gated community in Calabasas.

Perhaps the move will be documented on the new season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, premiering March 15 at 9 p.m. on E!
