Kyle Chrisley, Todd & Julie Chrisley’s Son, Arrested For Aggravated Assault

According to the Rutherford County Jail, Kyle Chrisley, 31, was arrested for aggravated assault in Tennessee on March 13. His wife, Ashleigh Chrisley, posted his $3,000 bond and he’s due in court on March 20.

The ex-Chrisley Knows Best star allegedly brandished a knife at a coworker after getting into a disagreement. Kyle was asked to leave, which he did, and later turned himself into the Smyrna Police Department when he learned of a warrant out for his arrest.

“Kyle has a knife that he carries for work, but he did not pull it out or brandish it, nor did he use it on the person,” Ashleigh said. “He will plead not guilty.”

Just over two months ago, Kyle’s parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, were arrested and charged with 12 counts of fraud. They received a 12-year and seven-year sentence respectively and reported to prison on January 10. Todd will reside at the Federal Correctional Institution Pensacola in Florida while Julie will serve her sentence at the Federal Medical Center Lexington in Kentucky.
