Kroy Biermann claimed Kim Zolciak, 45, punched him in the back of the head the day before he filed for divorce.
A May 4 police report said two Milton Police Department officers arrived at the couple’s home in Georgia after Zolciak called, detailing a domestic dispute.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star told offices that her husband had locked her jewelry, expensive purses and passport in a safe and hid the key from her. She said that they cost a total of $175,000.

But the former NFL athlete argued that the jewelry was marital property and that he intended to sell them. Biermann asserted that Zolciak had been gambling and lost a large amount of money that “financially devastated” the family. Biermann opened the safe for the officers, who found some valuables but no designer purses.
Biermann then told the police that Zolciak had punched him during an earlier incident involving her allegedly stolen belongings but refused medical help. He said he had a recording of the event but did not want to press charges against his wife.
The estranged couple had been married for 11 years, but some sources state they were managing financial problems behind the scenes. The pair are currently in a custody battle where each parent is fighting for sole guardianship of their four youngest kids, aged 9 to 12.
The divorce comes with reports that declare the couple owes the IRS over $1 million in unpaid taxes and fees.
Last week, Zolciak asked the court to require Bierman be drug tested “for their children’s safety.”
