Known for her pensive pout in cult hit movie Twilight—and in real life—Kristen Stewart attributes her mopey facial expression on the red carpet to holding back tears. "People say that I’m miserable all the time," the 20-year-old actress tells Elle in its June cover story. "It’s not that I’m miserable, it’s just that somebody’s yelling at me…I literally, sometimes, have to keep myself from crying…It’s a physical reaction to the energy that’s thrown at you."
The Twilight star also mourns the loss of her privacy and still refuses to talk about her love life and an alleged relationship with her co-star Robert Pattinson. "I would never cheapen my relationships by talking about them," the actress says. "People say, ‘Just say who you’re dating. Then people will stop being so ravenous about it.’ It’s like, No they won’t! They’ll ask for specifics." Eclipse, the third installment of the Twilight series, is scheduled for release this summer. –KRIS ALCANTARA
