Kristin Cavallari shared a series of photos on Instagram of herself in a white tank top, captioning “up in a treehouse.”
The former reality star, 35, shares three kids with her ex-husband Jay Cutler. In an Instagram Q&A in August, she responded to a question about her breast: “Gonna keep it real with y’all: got a lift after breastfeeding all 3 kids.”
Cavallari is embracing her body and feeling more confident in her skin.
“I never had an eating disorder… that was purely stress,” she wrote in a June Instagram post alongside her photos at the beach. “I work out really hard and am dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and I think just because I’m a mom doesn’t mean I can’t be proud of my body and be comfortable in my skin. So, here ya go.”
Earlier this year, she opened up about her fitness journey during an interview with Us Weekly.
“[My trainer] kicks my ass,” she said. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life.”
“I feel the best I ever have,” she continued. “I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”
