Kristen Stewart’s New Girlfriend Soko Went On Blind Date With Ex Robert Pattinson

Soko, the French singer and actress who is now dating Kristen Stewart, once went on a date with Stewart’s ex-boyfriend Robert Pattinson.

A year ago, Soko revealed in an interview that upon first moving to L.A., she was inundated with crazy experiences, one of which featured Twilight actor Pattinson.

“Three nights in, I went out and met a girl who was like, ‘Hey, I like your music, I work for a label and we would love to sign you. Where are you staying, do you need a place to stay?’ and I was like,’“Yeah I do.’ That same night I had a blind date with Robert Pattinson!’ Soko told A Music Blog, Yea, not knowing that a year later she’d be in a relationship with Stewart.

On the same day that the Pattinson blind date reveal was unearthed, a recent interview with Soko seemed to confirm that she and Stewart are in a serious relationship. Talking about how people meet and set up in-person encounters through Instagram DMs, Soko admitted that she’d gotten a few dates that way – but that she isn’t looking to at the moment.

“I’m very, very, very in love and very happy in a relationship, so I don’t have that urge,” she said. When asked if she and Stewart met through a DM, Soko replied, “No! No. [Laughs]. It was very OG.”

Stewart, 25, and Soko, 30, were first pictured together at the beginning of March following a lunch date at Los Angeles vegan hotspot Cafe Gratitude. The rumors of a relationship went into overdrive when Stewart flew to Paris to visit Soko, who greeted her at the airport with flowers in hand. In the City of Lights, the new couple were captured packing on the PDA during a game of frisbee, holding hands as they window shopped, and kissing during a few stops along the way in the city’s Le Marais district.

Stewart was last linked to visual effects producer Alicia Cargile, with whom she was spotted multiple times over the last couple of years following her split from Pattinson.
