Kristen Stewart Is 'So Sorry' For Cheating On Rob Pattinson

Young Twilight saga starlet Kristen Stewart, 22, has been linked to some of the hottest celebrities in Hollywood, including current beau Robert Pattinson, 26, and rumored fling Taylor Lautner, 20, but it was actually her Snow White and the Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders, 41, who is married to British model Liberty Ross, 33, that ended up grabbing her attention.

Stewart was photographed with director Sanders on or around July 17, just two days before the date that Stewart, costar Chris Hemsworth, 28, and Sanders attended the Australian red carpet premiere of Snow White and the Huntsman. The photographs show Stewart and Sanders engaged in a series of seemingly romantic embraces, kissing so passionately they've been said to have been making out. "It seemed like they couldn't get enough," one photographer said, reports Us Weekly.

In the meantime, Stewart has jumped ahead and admitted wrongdoing, perhaps in the hopes of salvaging her three-year relationship with Pattinson. "I am deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected. This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him. I'm so sorry," she said in a statement she issued to People.

Sanders has two young children, Skyla and Tennyson, with Ross, who played Stewart's mother in Snow White and the Huntsman and tweeted a simple "wow" right before the scandal broke, when she deleted her Twitter account altogether, reports Fox News. There has been no confirmation about whether or not the tweet was related to the breaking events.

One source told People that Stewart "wasn't having an affair with Rupert. It was just a fleeting moment that shouldn't have happened. She never meant to hurt anyone. She's a good person who just made a bad choice."

Plans for a sequel to Snow White and the Hunstsman, reportedly with both Stewart and Sanders on board, were announced in June.
