Kristen Stewart, 22, attended the last-ever premiere for the Twilight Saga on Monday night at Los Angeles' Nokia Theater, joining her fellow castmates Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Kellan Lutz, Nicki Reed, Michael Sheen, Billy Burke and Ashley Greene, as well as Twilight author Stephenie Meyer and other A-list fans, for the red-carpet debut of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 2, which will hit theaters everywhere this Friday, November 16.
Fans camped out for days just to catch a glimpse at the stars coming up the carpet — Pattinson in a sharp Gucci suit and his trademark skinny tie, and Stewart wearing a long, sheer, sleeveless champagne dress by Zuhair Murad, accented by blood-red lipstick and dainty jewelry. Her hair flowed free, combed to one side.
Stewart, who has reunited with Pattinson since their temporary falling out over her indiscretions with Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, shared some heartfelt sentiments toward her Twilight days, which are now over. "We all put everything we had into" the making of the movies, she said of the cast, reports ABC News. "I will have that forever. We don't have to say goodbye, it's not going anywhere."
But the fact remains — as much as diehard Twilight fans might bemoan it — that there will never be another Twilight premiere, barring a Stephenie Meyer second wind. And Stewart was the first to take this into account. "I feel really good," she told E! News. "I'm trying to take in every single one of these moments. I don't want to miss one."
