Kris Jenner Confronts Caitlyn Jenner With Statements From ‘Vanity Fair’ Article

On Sunday’s episode of I Am Cait, Kris Jenner confronted Caitlyn Jenner about her statements in Vanity Fair regarding their family and personal relationship.

KRIS CONFRONTS CAITLYN

Caitlyn made comments about her relationship with Kris and her stepdaughters in Vanity Fair‘s July issue, stating that they were “a distraction.”

“You’re sensitive and amazing to all these new people in your life, you’re just not so sensitive and amazing to the family that you left behind,” Kris said on Sunday´s episode of I Am Cait. “When you feel like you gave your whole life to somebody, and the sum of it all was ‘you were a distraction’…” Kris trails off.

In response, Caitlyn stated, “I was defending myself. It was a distraction from the sense of who I was. That doesn’t mean I didn’t love you or the kids.”

Kim Kardashian also confronted Caitlyn during that same episode, explaining to Caitlyn that “you said Kendall and Kylie were a distraction, and so when they read that, they’re gonna think… I don’t know if they’ll quite understand that.”

Caitlyn defended the article and her role in it. “Vanity Fair article was very interesting for me to do because it was the first time I ever really had the opportunity to be absolutely truthful with a reporter about every aspect of my life,” she said.
