Kourtney Kardashian may be pregnant with Scott Disick’s fourth child, according to reports on Sunday.

Kourtney reportedly wants to have a fourth child — only if the baby has the same father as her other children.

”Kourtney has always wanted four kids, but has been adamant about not wanting multiple baby daddies,” an insider told InTouch Weekly.

Disick – who has already fathered one-year-old Reign, Mason, six, and Penelope, three – could be the man behind Kourtney’s rumored pregnancy.

Kourtney and Disick ended their relationship last year, but speculation of this pregnancy stems from the former couple’s closeness on the latest episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

The episode features the family on a ski trip in Colorado — in which Disick joined along with the children. The pair seemed to be having fun together throughout the episode, and in the commentary Disick admitted he’ll always love Kourtney.

“I mean, she’ll always be family to me and probably the person I love the most in the world,” Disick said. “So even though we’re not together, we’re still close and it’s still nice to be around each other.”

Kourtney fueled the reconciliation rumors with an interesting Instagram post on Saturday — a quote about rediscovering love.
