Kit Harington and Rose Leslie, who played onscreen love interests on Game of Thrones, confirmed their real life relationship on the red carpet at the Olivier Awards Sunday night.

Kit Harington & Rose Leslie

Harington and Leslie, both 29, made their red carpet debut as a couple at the theater awards held at the Royal Opera House in London. The two put on a loved-up display as cameras snapped away. Harington looked dapper in a suit for the occasion, while Leslie stunned in a strapless, tiered gown.

Over the weekend, Harington had confirmed his romance with Leslie during an appearance on The Jonathon Ross Show. “I fell in love in Iceland,” he told Ross, adding, “I fell in love with my co-star.”

Ross, showing a picture of the two actors on set in a wintery landscape, told the audience, “This is Rose who plays Ygritte who I’ve met who is just the loveliest girl. And, she could do so much better.”

Harington will appear on Game of Thrones – in some capacity – when it returns to HBO later this month. While Jon Snow’s fate is still somewhat up in the air, Leslie’s character Ygritte definitively died in the series’ fourth season. Leslie has gone on to star on the big screen in The Last Witch Hunter and return to TV on Luther. She’ll next appear in features Morgan and Sticky Notes. Harington will also appear on the big screen in thriller Brimstone and drama The Death and Life of John F. Donovan.
