King Charles III & Queen Camilla Lead The Royal Procession At The Royal Ascot

British royals King Charles III and Queen Camilla were seen watching the Royal Ascot 2023 race on Tuesday. Seated next to them was British food writer Tom Parker Bowles, the Queen’s son.

The Queen was notably wearing the Courtauld Thomson Scallop-Shell Brooch, which both Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother and her daughter Queen Elizabeth II previously wore.

The Royal Ascot is an annual week of summer races held in June each year, which The King and Queen attend. It was founded in 1711 and was made an official Royal Week 200 years later.

The King and Queen led the Royal Procession for the first time yesterday since the King’s coronation, which happened last month on May 6.
