Kim Zolciak is denying reports she underwent a “full face lift,” insisting that she has never had plastic surgery on her face.

After a recent slew of photos posted on Instagram showing Zolciak looking younger than ever sparked rumors of a full face lift, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star took to Twitter to set the record straight. “I have not had surgery on my face, period,” she wrote.

Zolciak has been open about her cosmetic procedures in the past, admitting to using Botox and has had more than one breast augmentation surgery and a tummy tuck. “So it’s been three weeks since I had my surgery, my boobs are perky, my stomach is super tight. It feels like I’m 20 again,” she said in a 2014 Don’t Be Tardy episode.

Less than 24 hours after denying having a “full face lift,” Zolciak posted on Instagram that her firm, young looking face is actually the result of Ultherapy, described on their website as “the only FDA-cleared procedure to non-invasively lift the eyebrow, neck and under-chin.”

“I love using this treatment to help me look and feel my best (and LOVE that it’s non-invasive). I had this done 4 yrs ago and I LOVED it. I’m excited to see my results over the next few months,” she wrote on Instagram.
