Kim Zolciak Demands Kroy Bierman Get Drug Tested For Kids’ Safety Amid Nasty Divorce

Reality star Kim Zolciak has asked the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, to force ex-husband Kroy Biermann, drug tested, amid an ongoing divorce battle.

Zolciak, who still lives with Biermann in their Georgia home, claims to have witnessed the ex-NFL player smoking marijuana and has “serious concerns for the safety and well-being” of their four minor children, in court filings.

The 44-year-old reality star has requested Biermann, 37, to submit to a five-panel hair follicle drug screen. He will then be required to present the results within two days of receiving them.

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star and the former football player both filed for divorce separately nearly two weeks ago. In a recent court filing, Zolciak described their marriage as “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.” Their divorce proceedings have since intensified as both are requesting sole physical custody of their kids, with Biermann also asking for sole legal custody.

The former couple share four children together – Kroy Jr. 11, Kash Kade, 10, and fraternal twins Kane and Kaia, 9 – and are separating after nearly 12 years of marriage. Biermann also legally adopted Zolciak’s two daughters from previous relationships – Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21 – in 2013.
