Kim Richards, ‘Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills’ Star, Accepts Plea Deal In Assault Case

After being arrested at the Beverly Hills Hotel for assault, Kim Richards was given a plea deal which she accepted.

KIM RICHARDS ACCEPTS PLEA DEAL

In May, Richards assaulted a police officer in the Beverly Hills Hotel and was later charged with battery against a police officer and public intoxication.

Instead of going to jail she was given the option of three years probation, 30 days in the county jail or 30 days of community labor, a required payment of restitution to the victim of the assault, and 52 AA meetings. She is also banned from entering the Beverly Hills Hotel again.

In August, she was arrested again for shoplifting at a Target store in Los Angeles and charged with petty theft.

Richards is currently in rehab.
