Kim Raver Joins ‘24: Live Another Day’ Cast

Kim Raver will reprise her role as Audrey Raines on the 24 reboot, 24: Live Another Day.

Raver joined the cast of 24 in its fourth season with William Devane, who played her father and Secretary of Defense James Heller. Devane is also returning for the spinoff, which will take Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) over to London, reported The Wrap. Neither Raver nor Heller’s character has been seen since 24’s seventh season.

When Raver’s Aubrey Raines was bid goodbye by Jack, she had been catatonic. Her arc, up until then, primarily had to do with her affection for the counter-terrorism agent.

Prior to taking the role on 24, Raver had starred in the first five seasons of Third Watch, which ended after its sixth season. Following her stint on the Fox drama, she landed series regular parts on The Nine, Lipstick Jungle, Grey’s Anatomy and Revolution.

Mary Lynn Rajskub, who joined the 24 cast as Chloe O’Brian in the third season, will also be reprising her role in 24:Live Another Day.

24: Live Another Day, which will take the form of a 12-episode miniseries, is expected to premiere sometime in the spring of 2014.
