Kanye West turned 40-years-old last week and as part of the celebration, the rapper and his wife, Kim Kardashian, headed to Japan to explore Tokyo, stay in a ritzy hotel, and go to McDonalds.
West and Kardashian left behind kids North West – who turns four-years-old this week – and Saint West as they jetted off to Tokyo.
Kardashian has been documenting the trip via Snapchat, adorning her fans with selfies from the couple’s luxurious hotel room. The reality star also shared a picture of a Japanese McDonalds, writing, “When in Japan …” followed by the french fry, hamburger, and Japanese flag emojis.
Kardashian took to social media last week to wish her husband of three years a happy birthday.
“Happy Birthday babe I love you so much! You inspire me every day to be a better person! I’m so grateful for you,” she wrote.
Before heading to Japan, Kardashian and West spent four days at the Baker’s Bay Golf and Ocean Club, a popular celebrity resort in the Bahamas only accessible if one is a member or an invited guest.
While on vacation, the finale of the 13th season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians aired. From the other side of the world, Kardsashian promised her American viewers that there is still more to come.
“Don’t worry … we’ve already started season 14,” Kardashian wrote on Twitter.
