Kim Kardashian Halts Daughter North’s Visit With Ex Kanye West After Hearing Tate Brothers Were Coming Over

Kim Kardashian reportedly ended daughter, North West’s visit with her father, Kanye West, upon learning that controversial influencers Andrew and Tristan Tate were expected to join them. The Tate brothers have faced serious allegations, including human trafficking and other crimes in Romania.

The incident led to an emergency custody hearing, during which Kardashian, West and their legal teams addressed concerns about the children’s safety and West’s recent behavior. Discussions also covered North’s involvement in West’s new track, “Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine,” which features a clip of Sean Combs, who is also in jail while awaiting trial on human trafficking charges in New York.

“Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine” was released on March 15 and features North, Combs and Combs’ son, Christian “King” Combs.

Kardashian attempted to convince a judge to forbid West from releasing the song purely because of the collaborators’ controversial nature.

On March 16, West posted photos to X of a conversation between himself and Kardashian in which they argued about Kardashian’s decision to copyright North’s name. West berated Kardashian, “I’m never speaking with you again,” Kardashian responded that she had filed a cease and desist order to pull North’s name from the track.

Kardashian said, “I asked you at the time if I can trademark her name. You said yes. When she’s 18, it goes to her. So stop. I sent paperwork over so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song to protect her… One person has to trademark.”

Kardashian has expressed frustration over needing her lawyer “on speed dial” due to West’s actions, emphasizing her commitment to protecting their four children – North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.

The situation has intensified the co-parenting challenges between Kardashian and West, with ongoing concerns about the children’s well-being amid these developments.
