Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries have agreed to a divorce settlement. They each signed papers, which were delivered to a Los Angeles court on Friday. "Kris and his family are excited to move forward and are grateful for all of the support they have received in this process,” a rep for Hunphries told E! News. "His commitment to the Brooklyn Nets and the team's incredible fans is his number one priority and he is excited to head into the playoffs tomorrow with this situation behind him."
Kardashian reportedly told Judge Hank Goldberg her marriage was beyond repair, and Goldberg then approved the divorce. It will not be finalized, however, until mid-June.
The agreement allegedly states that Humphries will not pursue his bid for an annulment and both Kardashian and Humphries will pay their own legal fees, TMZ reports. In addition, Kardashian reportedly asked the judge not to fine Humphries for missing their hearing last week.
Both Humphries and Kardashian are officially heading separate ways at a very busy time in their lives. Kardashian is pregnant with Kanye West’s child, while Humphries is preparing for the NBA playoffs with the Brooklyn Nets, who play the Chicago Bulls on Saturday night. The game airs on ESPN at 8:00 p.m. ET.
