Kim Kardashian finally accepted the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge while on The Ellen Show – and took selfies while she was at it.

Kardashian appeared in the pre-taped episode of The Ellen Show on Tuesday and finally accepted the numerous nominations for the challenge that raises awareness for Lou Gehrig’s Disease. "I don't even want to see this happening to me," Kardashian told host Ellen DeGeneres.

Kardashian took to Instagram with a picture of herself snapping a selfie just as DeGeneres is about to dump the bucket of ice water on her head.

“Yep this happened on @TheEllenShow,” Kardashian captioned the picture. “Thanks to @SarahJessicaParker @miraduma @olivier_rousteing@GiuseppeZanottiWorld for the nominations #ALSIceBucketChallange.”

Kardashian, before she got doused with the bucket of ice water, opened up to DeGeneres on her plans to give her daughter North West at least one younger sibling. She told DeGeneres that watching North with her sister Kourtney Kardashian’s children Mason and Penelope made her wary of having more than two children.

"I'll go for two," said Kardashian, who welcomed North in June 2013 with husband Kanye West. "But then again I have so many siblings and I love it, they're my best friends and I would love that for my kids. So I'm going to do two and see how it goes. I don't think six, but maybe three or four — I go back and forth."
