Kid Cudi Testifies His Car Was Set On Fire Shortly After Sean Combs Broke Into His House In 2011
On Thursday, Rapper Kid Cudi testified against music producer Sean Combs, claiming he broke into his house in 2011.
Combs has sat alongside his team of lawyers as he faced trial for accusations of leveraging his wealth and power to oversee a criminal enterprise built around fulfilling his extreme sexual fantasies.
Combs’ alleged motive for breaking into the house was that he had found out Kid Cudi was dating Cassie Ventura, his girlfriend until 2018. In addition, Kid Cudi claims that someone set fire to his car weeks after the break-in. Diddy denies these allegations, but his lawyers admit that although he is violent, he isn’t guilty of any form of sex trafficking at this time.
Kid Cudi testified in court that his dog was directly affected by the explosion of his car that occurred after the break-in. The rapper claimed his dog became “very jittery and kind of on edge all the time” following the incident.
Earlier in the trial, a male escort testified that he witnessed Combs beating Ventura during their “freak offs.”
The prosecution showed photos of large quantities of baby oil and pink ketamine.
Ventura admitted under oath that she sent texts to Combs saying that she enjoyed their “freak-offs,” further complicating the portrait of their relationship.
