Khloe Kardashian Selling Calabasas Home For $19 Million

Khloe Kardashian has decided to sell her home in Calabasas for almost $19 million. The house includes eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms and sits on nearly two acres of land overlooking the Malibu Canyon. 

Kardashian originally purchased the home from Justin Bieber in 2014 for $7.2 million and has since done many renovations. It has been featured in Architectural Digest alongside her sister Kourtney’s home. The house is located in an enclave called The Oaks of Calabasas and is very close to other members of the Kardashian clan.

A source revealed to E! News the reason for Kardashian wanting to move, “Khloe is selling her house and moving into a bigger home. It’s a good opportunity for her to make a nice profit. She spent a lot of time remodeling and it is beautiful and ready to sell. It makes sense for her to move on and move up right now.”

Kardashian is currently practicing social distancing in the house with her ex-boyfriend and NBA player Tristan Thompson with their daughter True. The NBA season has been suspended due the coronavirus pandemic. 

Kardashian has been posting photos of her daughter in the picturesque swimming pool located in her backyard on her Instagram. Last week, she posted a photo of True and Kris Jenner sitting by the pool with the caption, “💙 We love Lovey 💙.”

On May 11 she posted a photo of True in the pool saying, “My happy girl.”
