Khloe Kardashian revealed in July that she lost around 35 pounds — on Friday the reality star wrote an intimate post on her new blog — as she opened up about her weight loss.

“When I’m in L.A. I go hard [on workouts] …and I’ve lost, like, 35 pounds,” Kardashian said on Australian radio show NOVA FM.

“I don’t really weigh myself, but over time, and I’m not crazy about it. It’s like, I know how I want to feel in clothes and it does become addicting once you start losing weight and seeing results. You’re like, ‘I wanna see more,” the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star added.

Kardashian also received a lot of attention for her racy photo-shoot for Complex magazine back in July, showing off her new trim stomach.

A few weeks ago, the older Kardashian sister showed off her new slim figure again, in a photograph on Instagram, as she posed in a fitting black dress for a date night.

However, Kardashian has not had an easy road to her successful weight loss.

“Honestly, sometimes I feel a lot of pressure to keep the body I’ve worked so hard to achieve. For a long time, I had insecurities about the way I looked physically,” Kardashian admitted in a blog post on her new site.

“Sadly those insecurities were given to me by others. I personally felt I was beautiful ‘bigger,” she explained.

Fortunately, Kardashian still finds a way to feel proud of her accomplishments.

“I work out to look a certain way and feel a certain way but I do it for myself,” she shared. “I did it on MY terms. It’s for my self esteem and I feel so confident and proud of my achievements right now.”
