Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have finalized their divorce more than a year and a half after splitting.
Kardashian, 31, and Odom, 35, signed the divorce papers while they were both in Las Vegas earlier this month, according to Us Weekly. “They saw each other when she was in Vegas and both signed the divorce documents together,” an insider told Us.
Odom, who was reported to have been dragging his feet finalizing the divorce, at last decided to officially end his marriage to Kardashian after getting wind that she had started a relationship with fellow NBA player James Harden.
“Lamar was really hurt and felt like Khloe had no respect for him after she was out in public with James Harden,” the source told Us. “He finally came to his senses and told her he wanted out and signed the papers. He confronted her about James and she went to Vegas to see him while she was out there with James and they got it done. He just wanted out.”
In October of last year, it was reported that Kardashian was having trouble getting Odom to sign the divorce papers. “He needs to sign papers and he won’t,” a source close to the Kardashians told People at the time. “He disappears here and there, and she can’t find him. She just wants to move on.”
Kardashian filed for divorce from Odom in December 2013, citing “irreconcilable differences,” according to E! News. The divorce filing came amidst rumors of Odom’s drug use and infidelity.
