Comedian Kevin Hart has returned home after treatment in a rehab facility following a car accident last month. Hart was moved to an in-patient rehab facility after his stay in the hospital where he had surgery to fuse three spinal fractures.
Hart left the rehab facility this morning and says he feels happy to be alive. A source told TMZ that Hart is “grateful and shocked” that he is alive, especially after seeing photos from the accident. The source claims he “can’t believe anyone walked out alive” and that “he really cherishes the fact that he’s alive, and wants to make the most of it in every respect. The crash had a huge impact on him.”
Hart will still require treatment for the injuries he sustained. A physical therapist will be making house calls to Hart’s home, but his doctors have assured him that he won’t be permanently affected by them in the long run.
