Kesha has ditched the "$" in her name after leaving rehab, where she sought treatment for an eating disorder.
Back in January, Kesha checked herself into rehab to deal with bulimia and anorexia. Now that she’s out of her in-patient treatment, Kesha wants more positivity in her life. In addition to dropping the $ from her moniker, she’s changed her Twitter handle from @keshasuxx to @KeshaRose.
On Thursday, Kesha sent out her first tweet in weeks, informing her fans that she’s working on her music and appreciates their continued support.
