Kerry Washington rocked a polka dot look at The Limited Collection Inspired by Scandal Spring Shopping Event Wednesday in Glendale, Calif.
Washington, dressed more like herself than her D.C. fixer character Olivia Pope, wore a black and white polka dot dress by Dolce & Gabbana that featured flared three-quarter length sleeves and a hemline that hit just above the knee. On her feet, she wore monochromatic shoes by Sophia Webster. The Scandal star completed the look with a Roger Vivier bag emblazoned with a heart and the word “love.”

Washington was hosting the fashion event alongside costume designer Lyn Paolo and The Limited’s Design VP Elliot Staples, whom she posed with inside the event.
“What’s most exciting about the spring collection is that we were inspired by the fan’s reactions to the line,” Washington told HuffPost Style. “Lyn, Elliot and I were constantly discussing the responses we saw on social media about what people were loving and gravitating towards. That direct fan and consumer response really informed the new pieces of the spring collection.”
“We’re introducing three fantastic looks inspired by the other women on the show,” Washington explained. “Mellie, Abby and Quinn each have a signature style and it’s fun to offer the fans something that reflects those characters as well.”
The Scandal Collection will be available at The Limited starting Feb. 13.
