Kendrick Lamar has announced he will be co-headling a 2025 Grand National Tour alongside musical artist SZA.
The tour is set to kick off on April 19 in Minnesota and will travel to 19 destinations across the continent before it concludes on June 18 in Washington D.C.
Lamar and SZA previously toured together in 2018 for the Championship Tour. The singers recently collaborated on the songs “Gloria” and “Luther: on Lamar’s new album GNX, released on Nov. 24. The two songs have reached No. 27 and No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Previous tracks the artists worked on together include “Babylon,” released in 2014, “Untitled 04 | 08.14.2014” in 2016, 2017’s “Doves in the Wind” and 2018’s “All the Stars,” which was written for the Black Panther soundtrack. Lamar was additionally a producer and curator of the Black Panther soundtrack.
A highly acclaimed artist, Lamar is the first hip-hop artist to win a Pulitzer Prize. His album DAMN. Achieved the honor in 2018. Over the course of his career, Lamar has earned over a dozen Grammy Awards, making him one of the most celebrated hip-hop artists of all time. His most recent win at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards was for Best Rap Album for Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers, and Best Rap Performance, along with Best Rap Song for his track “The Heart Part 5.”
