On Wednesday night, supermodel Jenner celebrated her 21st birthday with super bash at Delilah restaurant in West Hollywood, California.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, who is the world’s third-highest paid fashion model, wore an ensemble designed by Antoine Salameh under his brand LaBourjoisie and in collaboration with her stylist, Monica Rose. However, social media wags could not help but notice the dress was very similar to the one Hilton wore for her own 21st birthday celebrations back in 2002.
In fact, Hilton used to be friends with Jenner’s step sister Kim Kardashian, as the latter was working as a closet organizer for the rich heiress. During the debut of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Hilton told a radio host that she would prefer Jessica Simpson’s bust over Kim’s butt. “I would not want Kim’s butt — it’s gross. It reminds me of cottage cheese inside a big trash bag,” she confessed.
But Jenner did not seem to consider this feud between the two divas. Indeed, the similarity between the two dresses was reportedly not an accident at all. As Salameh explained to WWD in a recent interview, the gown matched the 20s style Jenner wanted to emulate. In addition, Jenner took over Instagram to post one of the photos from her party, captioning “Vintage Paris Hilton vibes. 21 21.”
Jenner’s younger sister Kylie Jenner just channeled another well-known woman’s famous 2002 outfit. For Halloween, Kylie imitated Christina Aguilera with a costume that was inspired from the singer hit “Dirrty.”
