Kellyanne Conway’s Daughter, Claudia, Slams Her Mother For Support Of J.D. Vance
Kellyanne Conway, a prominent conservative strategist, and her daughter, Claudia Conway, have been at odds ever since Claudia emerged as a strong critic of the former president and now his V.P. pick, J.D. Vance.
Conway, who advised the former president during his first term in office, endorsed Vance as his V.P. choice on X with the statement, “Senator @JDVance1 represents a new generation of America First warriors. His life experiences and vision equip him to fight for the forgotten men, women and children. Let’s win in 2024!”
Claudia responded to the post, “Thought he called the former president ‘Hitler’? He did. Though he said he opposes marriage equality and abortions for r— and incest? … Oh, right, he did.”
In another post, Claudia responded to a video in which Vance says women should stay in “violent” or “unhappy” marriages for the sake of their children with “Major yikes.”
Conway’s appearance on Fox News’ Outnumbered program on December 20 sparked a torrent of backlash as she mocked popular progressive positions.
“I think Democrats wake up every morning, and they look at the calendar on the iPhone, and it says January 6. The date never changes,” she said. “And then they get into an electric vehicle and go get an abortion.”
Weeks later, after a lengthy hiatus from social media, Conway’s 19-year-old daughter posted to X, “Hi, sorry, I’m back. I’ve been driving my electric car to get hundreds of third-trimester abortions on January 6, 2021.”
Claudia also referenced November’s upcoming election in another X post, writing, “We need to just fast-forward to 2028 and skip all this s—.”
The mother and daughter have maintained a familial bond despite the political divide. Claudia introduced her mother at an event hosted by the Log Cabin Republicans. Conway was honored for her “commitment to enhancing personal freedom, encouraging individual responsibility, and ensuring equality for all Americans.”
In her introduction, Claudia expressed gratitude for her mother’s support and acceptance of her sexual orientation, even in the face of a politically charged climate.
In 2021, Claudia appeared as a contestant on American Idol.
