Kellan Lutz is shooting his forthcoming flick, Syrup, in New York City on Thursday. During production, Emmett Cullen of Twilight fame looked dapper in a gray tux.

Based on Max Barry's satirical novel and set in the present day, Syrup revolves around Scat, a young marketing graduate who sells his $3 million idea for a new product called “Fukk” to a soda company. Problems come when he finds out that his roommate Sneaky Pete has unfairly claimed the copyright. This then leads him to leave his apartment with Sneaky Pete and move in with friends, while managing the summer marketing campaign for the company.

Shiloh Fernandez stars as Scat, while Lutz portrays Sneaky Pete. Other stars include Amber Heard, Brittany Snow, Natalie Gal and Allison Williams. This Aram Rappaport directed movie releases in 2012.

Lutz said he was “not really sad” at the end of the Twilight series. "This last movie was seven months of pretty tough work,” he told Hollywood Life. “We are all very blessed to be a part of it, but I don’t think it’s really going to sink in that it’s over till the last premiere, then we’ll still have a couple years for it to really sink in." The last film in the saga, Breaking Dawn Part II comes to theaters in 2013.

I have a feeling that none of the Twilight actors will have a hard time staying in the spotlight after the series ends!
