Kate Upton, Maksim Chmerkovskiy Go Out On A Date

Kate Upton and Dancing With the Stars pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy were spotted leaving a New York City restaurant together on Monday night.

Upton and Chmerkovskiy were seen getting up close and flirty with one another on the weekday dinner date in the Big Apple, sources told Us Weekly. However, contradicting sources indicate that the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue covergirl and the professional ballroom dancer are anything but an item. They insist that the two are just friends.

In the pictures taken outside of Scalinatella Ristorante in Manhatten’s Upper East Side neighborhood, Upton is shown wearing black jeans tucked into black suede boots, and a sheer black button-down. Chmerkovskiy donned blue jeans and a white shirt under a pale blue leather bomber jacket, and seemed to be carrying his date's red umbrella.

Upton has previously been linked to both hip-hop mogul Diddy and MLB pitcher Justin Verlander.
