Kate Hudson attended the 11th annual Golden Heart Awards with Michael Kors on Oct. 16.
Hudson showed off her buzzed haircut as well as her curves in a dazzling, form-fitting red dress. The 38-year-old appropriately wore a Michael Kors designed dress for the occasion. Hudson cut her hair for an upcoming role in Sia film Sister.
Hudson had a great response when asked if her boyfriend liked her new haircut. “Your boys and the new boyfriend — everybody likes the hair?” asked Ellen DeGeneres. “Because some guys don’t like women with short hair.”
“Really? I mean, I hope our relationship can transcend hair,” was the actresses response. She has been dating boyfriend and musician Danny Fujikawa since this past spring.
The Golden Heart Awards is an event put on annually by God’s Love We Deliver, a charity devoted to 6,000 meals each weekday to the underprivileged and impoverished. This year’s honorees were Gwyneth Paltrow, Jordan Roth, and Jon Gilman.
