In a new video posted by Kate Hudson, her boyfriend, Danny Fujikawa, is shown holding his new daughter, Rani.
The Marshall actress, 39, shared the loving clip on Instagram on Friday, October 12. “Kind, beautiful man, your pure love is such a gift,” she wrote.
In the home movie, Fujikawa, 32, is seen holding the couple’s 1-week-old baby girl as “Not Alone” by Patty Griffin softly plays in the background. The little one gives plenty of arm movements as her dad smiles and looks at her lovingly and kisses her head twice, pausing at one point to smile at the camera.
The musician isn’t the only one excited by Rani’s arrival. According to Us Weekly, the star’s other children, Ryder, 14, and Bingham, 7, “are obsessed with Rani.”
The couple welcomed their daughter on October 2.

“She’s here,” the Oscar nominee wrote on Instagram two days later. “We have decided to name our daughter Rani (pronounced Ronnie) after her grandfather, Ron Fujikawa. Ron was the most special man who we all miss dearly. To name her after him is an honor. Everyone is doing well and happy as can be. Our family thanks you for all the love and blessings that have been sent our way and we send ours right back.”
Hudson also previously shared a photo of Rani on Instagram on Sunday, October 6. “Our little rosebud,” she captioned the picture.
