Kate Hudson & Goldie Hawn Attend Glamour Women Of The Year Awards

Kate Hudson and her mother Goldie Hawn attended the Glamour Women of the Year Awards together in London Tuesday night.

Hudson walked the red carpet with Hawn at the Glamour event at Berkeley Square Gardens. Looking as glam as ever, Hudson donned a plunging red J. Mendel dress and wore her hair in a topknot. At her side, Hawn donned a silver-beaded mini.

Inside the Glamour Women of the Year awards, Hudson picked up the Entrepreneur of the Year gong. Presented by Sir Philip Green, the award went to Hudson for her work on her online clothing line Fabletics.

“I grew up with an incredibly ambitious mother, but her ambition was for a greater purpose,” Hudson said in her acceptance speech. “In true Goldie form she was doing it for all women. We are all here together and we need to support each other, we need to create a support system. We are more powerful together.”

Following the event, Hudson and Hawn enjoyed a “family afterparty.” In a video Hudson uploaded to Instagram, the actress is seen twirling around in her red dress, saying, “I can’t help it, mom.”

In reply, Hudson tells her daughter, “Honey, the dress has to do that. Unfortunately there was no wind machine.”
