Reality show mom Kate Gosselin has to answer to a veritable chorus of little voices asking her to try her hand again at love.
"The kids, on a daily basis, are just begging for me to get married again," she said on Monday's Today Show. "They bring it up all the time!" Gosselin has feelings on the topic too. "I'm definitely ready to start dating," she said. But it's not always that easy.
"There are a lot of obstacles for me," says Gosselin, the star of TLC's Kate Plus 8, who went through an ugly, public divorce from ex-hubby and ex-costar Jon Gosselin in 2009. "I hope to sort of bump into somebody, but in all honesty …. the odds of me just sort of bumping into someone are rare …. I have eight kids, I have a crazy work schedule, you know, I'm known."
The reality star mom might eventually become less "known" if the rumors about her show being cancelled are true. "There is a lot of talk about it," she acknowledged. "But nobody's told me! So we're happy to continue on and we will do so as long as people are watching."
