Karlie Kloss turned heads at the 12th annual CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards in New York City Monday night.
Kloss donned a pale green and black dress from the Proenza Schouler Resort 2016 collection for the event. The vibrant striped number featured a plunging neckline and a paper bag waist skirt. Kloss accessorized with a PS clutch.
On Instagram, Kloss shared a couple of snaps of her Fashion Fund Awards look.
“Tonight at the @voguemagazine #cfda 2015 fashion fund awards,” Kloss captioned her post. “Congratulations to the talented young designers @gypsysport, @jonathansimkhai, @brothervellies on your win! ❤️ looking forward to wearing your designs soon! Xx.”
At the fundraising event, Kloss posed with singer Lorde, who is a fellow member of Taylor Swift‘s squad.
These days, in addition to modeling, Kloss is furthering her studies at New York University, where she is enrolled in the Gallatin School of Individualized Study. Kloss, who has cut back on her obligations in the fashion world to pursue higher education, admitted ahead of the start of the semester that she was nervous about heading back to school.
“I’m really nervous about… the first day going back to school,” Kloss said in a YouTube video. “I’ll be taking classes at NYU in the fall. So all I can do is know that when I get to school, that day, I’m gonna do the best I can to just focus and prepare leading up to it, and it’s gonna be fine. I’ll take it one day at a time.”
