Kanye West’s former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has made alarming allegations that his wife, Bianca Censori, acted as his liaison “coordinator” during her time in his office.

Pisciotta is now taking action against West, suing him for harassment and stalking her while she was employed throughout 2021-22, updating her lawsuit last Friday, Oct. 11.

In her lawsuit, Pisciotta claims that the musician transformed his office into an adult “playground,” with Censor acting as his coordinator, willingly participating in West’s “twisted” fantasies.

Pisciotta also alleged that the rapper once grabbed her by the throat when they encountered one another at a Post Malone concert back in 2022. During their interaction, Pisciotta alleged that West put his tongue in her ear, saying, “I always knew what I would do to you if I ever saw you again.”

Censori reportedly stood nearby, “unfazed” by the rapper’s bizarre behavior.

West denied the claims in Pisciotta’s initial lawsuit, which was filed in June. The rapper claims that she had tried to blackmail and extort him. He has yet to respond to her latest allegations.

Additionally, the lawsuit claims that West fostered a disturbing obsession, including a fetish for involving the mothers of his targets, of which Censori’s family was one.

Allegedly, he sent Pisciotta a picture on Sept. 28, 2022, containing a text conversation between him and Censori about wanting to be intimate with her mother.

Censori was in the U.S. on a work visa at the time while her mother, Alexandra, was visiting Los Angeles from Australia, her native home.

Pisciotta alleges that Censori responded to West’s texts to ensure that she and others kept their jobs and visas.

The most serious allegation in Pisciotta’s lawsuit alleges that years before she worked for West, he drugged and assaulted her, only confessing to his actions in his final weeks as her boss.

While West has continuously denied the claims in her original lawsuit, he has yet to file a defense.
