West had missed the deadline in several states to appear on the ballot, but made it onto the Oklahoma one after paying a $33,000 fee. West needed 10,000 signatures by noon on Monday to qualify for South Carolina and took to Twitter to ask people to sign his petition. However, by 12:00 p.m. on Monday no one showed up to hand in West’s petition to the South Carolina Commission, spokesman Cris Whitmire told Fox News.
