Kanye West has found himself embroiled in a new legal battle as a former personal assistant accused the star of sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination.

According to court documents, Lauren Pisciotta, who worked as West’s assistant for two years, alleges that the rapper sent her lewd text messages, performed sex acts while on the phone with her and even pleasured himself in front of her on a private plane. Pisciotta claims that after she was asked to delete her fam account in exchange for a $1 million bonus, the harassment escalated and led to her eventual dismissal and the non-payment of a $3 million severance package.

This is not the first time West has faced allegations of inappropriate behavior. Last year, multiple employees of his Yeezy fashion line reported that he had played pornographic videos during staff meetings and showed an intimate photograph of his then-wife, Kim Kardashian, in job interviews.

The musician’s struggles with mental health and admitted “pornography addiction” have also been well-documented. In the past, West has spoken openly about the impact of his early exposure to Playboy and how it has influenced his life choices.

In addition to the sexual harassment lawsuit, West has faced two other legal challenges this year. In April, a former security guard accused him of racial discrimination and harassment, claiming he was ordered to cut his dreadlocks or be fired. In February, the estate of Donna Summer sued the rapper for using a sample of her song ‘I Feel Love’ without permission, though the case was later settled out of court.

Despite his past successes, West’s recent career has been marred by controversies. Most notably, his lucrative contract with Adidas was terminated in November 2022 over antisemitic comments he made on social media.
