Kaia Gerber, Cindy Crawford’s look-alike daughter is poised to take the modeling world by storm with new photos for CR Fashion Book.

Kaia Gerber And Presley Gerber Featured In New CR Fashion Book

Gerber, 13, is proving to be her mother’s mini-me with a new editorial spread in the newest issue of the CR Fashion Book, Carine Roitfeld’s fashion magazine. Gerber appears in the fashion book alongside her older brother, Presley Gerber, 16. The first photos from the shoot were released online on Monday, July 13.

Gerber and her brother worked with legendary photographer Bruce Weber on the shoot, and Gerber gushed over the experience. “It was amazing for [Presley and I] to do our first shoot together with such an incredible team. Bruce Weber is an amazing photographer and Carine Roitfeld’s style and everything she does is gorgeous. It felt unreal to have two people like them together on set,” Gerber told E! News.

Gerber has done some modeling before – she has appeared in the pages of Teen Vogue and recently officially launched her modeling career by signing with IMG and appearing in Vogue Italia.

Presley, meanwhile, has stayed mostly behind the camera. In fact, he has an Instagram dedicated to photos he takes of his sister, in addition to sharing photographs on his own personal page.

In her interview with the magazine, Gerber admitted that she gets a lot of her modeling advice from her mother, and said that the best advice she’d ever received from her super model mom was to always pose with intention. “She told me that I should have a thought behind what I’m doing. You can’t just look off somewhere and not have any thought behind it. Think about being in love or being happy or sad. Each pose should have a thought behind it. It’s almost like acting,” Gerber said.

Despite Gerber’s growing presence in the fashion industry, don’t expect her to suddenly quit being a teenager and throw herself into modeling full time. She may have signed a contract, but Gerber stressed that she wants to have time to be a kid, something her mother insisted on.

“I want to have the time to be a kid and focus on school. But now she [Crawford] says that if something special comes along, I can do it… I don’t want to jump in full time when I’m only thirteen. When special things like this come along she let’s me do it,” Gerber said.
