Grammy-winning country singer Kacey Musgraves has thrilled fans with the announcement of her highly anticipated Deeper Well World Tour, in celebration of her upcoming fifth studio album of the same name. The tour will kick off on April 28 in Dublin, Ireland, and mark Musgraves’ return to the stage after a period of absence.
The European and UK leg of the tour will be supported by Madi Diaz, while the North American shows, which will start on September 4 in State College, Pennsylvania, will feature performances by Father John Misty, Lord Huron and Nickel Creek. The tour will conclude on December 7 in Musgraves’ hometown of Nashville.
In an Instagram post accompanied by a tour poster, Musgraves invited fans to join her on a journey into the depths of the Deeper Well.
Alongside the tour announcement, Musgraves unveiled a new track from her forthcoming album titled Too Good To Be True. The song explores the complexities of falling in love while grappling with the fear of heartbreak.
“Too Good to be True” is the second release from Deeper Well, which dropped on March 15. In a recent interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1, Musgraves discussed the album’s themes of vulnerability and connection. She expressed her belief in the power of transparency and openness, with an emphasis on the shared human experience of emotions.
With her soulful lyrics and heartfelt performances, Musgraves continues to establish herself as a prominent figure in the country music scene and captivate audiences with her genuine and relatable storytelling.
