Justin Timberlake hit the fairway with some guy pals at the Lakeside Golf Club in Burbank, Calif., over the weekend.
Timberlake, 32, has recently been making the rounds promoting his latest feature film – Runner Runner costarring Ben Affleck. During the thriller’s opening weekend at the box office, Timberlake decided to take some time off to relax with a game of golf.
Known to be an avid golfer, the all-around entertainer traded in his flashier red carpet apparel for some typical country club gear. He wore a blue polo shirt and tan khaki pants held up with a dark brown belt, paired with a Memphis Grizzlies baseball hat and white golf shoes.
Earlier this year, Timberlake reopened the eco-friendly public golf facility that he co-owns with his parents in Memphis called Mirimichi. The Tennessee golf course, which has both Audobon International Classic Sanctuary and Golf Environment Organization certifications, hosted the first event of the 2013 PGA Junior Series in May. Timberlake and his wife Jessica Biel were spotted playing a round on the golf course in April.
Unfortunately for Timberlake, while he was playing golf on Saturday, reviews that came in for Runner Runner were less than favorable. The film currently holds just an 8% fresh rating on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes.
