Justin and Hailey Bieber recently shared news of their impending parenthood on Thursday.
The couple, who exchanged vows in 2018, took to Instagram to announce their pregnancy, and a heartfelt video accompanied the announcement. In the footage, the pair is seen seemingly renewing their marital vows in a valley, with the camera eventually focusing on Hailey’s baby bump.
Hailey, the founder of Rhode Beauty, wore a delicate white dress, while Justin wore a white T-shirt, black jacket, jeans and baseball cap. Alongside the video, several shared snapshots captured intimate moments between the couple.
The announcement swiftly garnered an outpouring of love and support from fellow celebrities, such as Ayesha Curry, Madison Beer and Daniel Caesar.
Justin’s long-time videographer Alfredo Flores expressed his excitement, “Can’t wait. Love you guys.”
Fashion icon Donatella Versace joined the celebration, “I am soooooo happy for you both!! Congratulations!!!”
Kendall Jenner commented, “Ahhhh, here come the tears again,” with a red heart emoji.
Justin and Hailey met as children in 2009, and in 2016, the couple officially confirmed their romantic relationship. Over the years, they have faced persistent pregnancy rumors, which they have consistently debunked. Hailey addressed the intrusive speculation in a 2023 interview with GQ, calling the constant gossip “disheartening.” She added, “When there comes a day that that is true, you, you as in the internet, will be the last to know.”
Hailey also noted that becoming a mother is “something that I look forward to” in the future. “It’s also such a private, intimate thing,” she said. “It’s something that’s going to come when it comes.”
For the past year, the couple has been followed by breakup rumors. Last week, speculation went into overdrive when Justin posted a photo of himself crying.
