On Tuesday Justin Bieber shared a picture of a beautiful mystery lady on Instagram and captioned the image “Omg who is this!!”, in a kind of modern day spin on a classic Prince-seeks-Cinderella scenario. The picture earned over 1.3 million likes and sparked an online campaign to track the girl down. She has now been revealed as 17-year-old Cindy Kimberley, a student who lives in Costa Blanca resort Denia near Benidorm, Spain, the Daily Mail reports.
Cindy has a popular Instagram account under the username “wolfiecindy” and babysits for extra cash. Her resume, posted on a site on which she advertises her baby-sitting services last year, reads:
‘My name is Cindy Kimberly and I am 16.
I can do the shopping and help with homework. If you are looking for a baby sitter and you would like to know more about me, contact me.
I love children and I can help them with English as I have a good command of English.’
A number of fake social media accounts with the username “wolfiecindy” were created after Bieber shared Cindy’s picture. She was quick to address this, however, and wrote in a statement released on Instagram: “I only have instagram (I did use to have a twitter account but I deactivated).”

Cindy’s follower numbers have grown exponentially as a result of Bieber’s post, with over 400,000 now following her account. The attention seems to have gotten a tad overwhelming, however, as she wrote in a post that she does “not know how to deal with this”.
No word yet on whether Bieber, 21, plans to act on the news or if Cindy is even interested in the mega star.
