Justin Bieber Banned From Performing In China For "Bad Behavior"
Justin Bieber egging lawsuit has finally been resolved after nearly five years.
Back in 2014, Bieber and one of his friends threw eggs at a house owned by Jeffrey Schwartz, one of the musician’s neighbors. Consequently, Bieber was charged with a criminal vandalism misdemeanor. His was subsequently placed on probation and sentenced to complete 12 hours worth of anger management classes and 40 hours of community service. Schwartz was also paid $80,000 in restitution by the Canadian-born artist.

However, Schwartz later filed a civil lawsuit against the “Baby” singer, asserting he was a frequent nuisance to him and his family. According to Schwartz, Bieber’s rambunctious lifestyle involved disruptively loud parties and reckless driving, among other complaints, and it directly caused the Schwartz family emotional stress and lessened their income.
Both sides fought each other in court in the following years, although documents obtained by TMZ confirm their legal feud has been resolved. Although the terms of their agreement remain confidential, one document affirms, “Counsel specially appearing represents the matter has resolved in its entirety.”
