Justin Bieber Wanted In Argentina After Paparazzo Alleges Assault

Justin Bieber could find himself arrested if he doesn’t report to Argentinian officials in the next 60 days to respond to an assault accusation from a Buenos Aires paparazzo.

Argentinian Magistrate Calls Interpol

According to reports, an Argentinian magistrate, Facundo Cubas, has reached out to Interpol in the hopes of forcing Bieber to return to Buenos Aires to face potential charges, and Cubas says he hopes Interpol will use any “necessary means” to get Biber back to Argentina so that he can be interviewed by the police. If he does not comply with the Argentinia summons within 60 days, Cubas plans on issuing an international warrant for the pop star.

Diego Pesoa, a photographer, claims that Bieber and his entourage of bodyguards chased him down and assaulted him outside a nightclub on Nov. 9, 2013. Pesoa alleges Bieber instructed his bodyguards to beat him and that he was injured so badly, he needed to go to a hospital to seek treatment. Charges have not yet been filed, and authorities say they simply want to talk to Bieber about the night in question.

“Beiber has to come to Argentina, and it won’t be to sing,” said Pesoa’s lawyer, Matias Morla.
