Justin Bieber Charged With Vandalism, Caught ‘Tagging’ Walls In Brazil
Justin Bieber is facing vandalism charges in Brazil after he was caught on camera creating graffiti on a wall in Rio de Janeiro.
Bieber, 19, hasn’t exactly been hiding his new illegal hobby. Not only have photos of the “Bad Day” singer “tagging” the abandoned Hotel Nacional appeared on a Brazilian news website, he posted multiple pictures of himself with spray paint in hand on his Instagram account – one of which was a screen grab from the Brazilian news site. "Great shot pap great shot, I might frame this," Bieber captioned the picture.
Eventually, Bieber posted his own pictures of his tagging activities. "Every place I have tagged has been approved," he wrote. "I do not suggest tagging private property. I still suck but I have fun doing it ;)."
Typically, vandalism offenders could face up to a year behind bars in Brazil. However, Bieber, who was charged on Friday, will likely only have to pay a sizeable fine, reports Us Weekly.
Bieber, who is now on his Argentina leg of his Believe tour, has made the headlines multiple times during his stay in Brazil. He was allegedly photographed trying to sneak out of a brothel with a sheet over his head, but was identifiable by his arm sleeve. Later on in the week, a video surfaced of the pop star sleeping. The girl in the footage, later identified as Tatiana Neves Barbosa, blew the slumbering Bieber a kiss in the 20-second video.
